Returns & Exchanges
The Tutu Du Monde offers a flexible returns policy, giving customers time to decide on their purchase. Full-priced items can be returned or exchanged if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition within 20 days of delivery. Sale items, however, are final and not eligible for returns.
What Can Be Returned/Exchanged
- Items must be in original condition with all tags attached.
- Health-related items such as cosmetics, earrings, hair accessories, underwear, and swimwear cannot be returned unless faulty.
Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange:
- Visit the return portal at thetutudumonde.com.
- Enter your order details.
- Select your item and choose to exchange for a different size, product, or request a return.
- Complete the online process to receive return instructions.
International Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping.
